How to Order

Use my secure online store or feel free to call in your order.
Payment may be made with your MasterCard or Visa,
you may mail a check or money order, or use Paypal.
When you check out using your MasterCard or Visa directly, your card
will not be charged until a week prior to shipment. When you choose to
use Paypal however your card will be charged upon checkout by Paypal.

Please contact me for product availability if you have any questions.
Items that are sold out are listed as such.
All Sales are final.

SierraWest Scale Models is owned and operated by me, Brett Gallant.
I am a one man business so please be patient with delivery times.
My number one priority is quality over speed.
If you would like an estimated delivery date or have a special need
such as birthday or Christmas present please email or call me!

Shipping Charges
Adjustments to the following charges may be necessary without prior notice.
Our kits contain a lot of parts and are heavy!
My online store will automatically add the appropriate charges.
Charges are calculated based upon the weight of your shipment.

Domestic Shipping
Shipments within the USA via USPS Priority Mail:
Please add $8 - $14.00 for one kit,
$15 - 24 for two kits, $25 or more for three or more kits.
(Unless otherwise noted.)
UPS shipping is available upon prior arrangement.

International Shipping
Global Priority Mail is used for shipments outside of the USA.
Shipment may also be made via UPS or FedEx upon prior arrangement.

 

My Guarantee
From day one I have always guaranteed my products to be free from defect.
If you need a replacement part, I will gladly provide it where possible.
If you purchased the kit directly from me or an authorized dealer,
the part will be provided free of charge in most cases.
If you purchased the kit on the secondary market please contact me
for information on getting replacement parts.
I want to take the worry out of building SWSM kits so relax and have fun!
