Craftsman Kit University
Summer School
Class 101
The Online Craftsman Kit Workshop
a self-paced class
CKU is an intensive, information-packed online course filled with video tutorials, modeling assignments, and direct feedback from myself and fellow students all geared towards improving your modeling skills. The workshop focuses on the materials and techniques necessary to successfully build craftsmen kits.
The class is open to all modelers regardless of skill level or prior experience.
A craftsman kit is constructed during the course.
There will be both an HO and O Scale version available.
Students start by viewing an online video demonstration of the weeks lesson then
work on completing that lesson at home. A student forum is available to post work and for
direct interaction between myself and the students and between the students independently.
